Quite simply, my experience is that every pre-med student in America should use this set in the course of their studies for the MCAT. It is the most EFFICIENT use of your study time. I bought this set a week and a half prior to my MCAT session. In the course of a week I reviewed through the texts just one time, studying about 10 hours a day and resulted a 34 (13 v, 11 phys, 10 bio).
