Even better than expected!:
I've purchased many Kingston flash drives, and I've only ever had one DOA (though they issued an RMA promptly - good service). It was a 2GB, and I worried about the quality of their higher-capacity drives after that. However, the price on this 8GB was good, so I took the plunge and bought two. I have not been disappointed with either one! In fact, the write speed is about twice what I usually see on my 1GB versions of this drive! KINGSTON, ALWAYS THE RIGHT ONE:
The Kingston flash drives always work right out of the package no matter what system you use. PC or MAC, I have used many of the 1 GB drives and decided to go to an 8 GB to save having so many smaller drives. Very satisfied with all of them.

Carried in pocket for two years and still Going Strong:
I work in the schools on computers and this is my main tool. I have carried this in my pocket along with keys, change, etc. for two years and sure it's scuffed up on the outside but still works perfectly.
